SAFETY BARRIER INSPECTIONS
THE COMPLIANCE PROCESS
To get the ball rolling, you need a copy of the Pool/Spa Registration letter from your Council.
If you can’t find yours or don’t have one, don’t worry, just call your Council and they will assist you. The Pool/Spa Registration Letter states which Standard your Pool/Spa Barrier has to be Inspected and Certified under. It also contains the Date of Construction of your Pool/Spa and other details.
A detailed report from us is given to the owner following each inspection. It includes photos, diagrams and notations that make aspects of the inspection result clear. The Barrier Compliance process will also be made clear and concise through the help available (over the phone via voice call, text, via face-time or via email) to address any questions or concerns.

The regulations state that an owner of the land that the swimming pool or spa is on, must make sure the specified barrier is in place to restrict access and also make sure that it’s properly maintained.
Regulations also state that occupiers must make sure it can operate properly.
